Since I have so much free time, I decided to read a bit more. This book was highly recommended by my friend Ingrid and I can't wait to dig in. You may be thinking I have emotional problems after reading the title of this book....well I don't....well maybe a few:) I haven't read a self-help book (sorry that is what I refer to them as) in ages. So I will let you all know how it goes. I just really enjoy reading books that really cause you to reflect and evaluate your own life. Wish me luck!
