Brooklyn has been walking here and there for about a couple of weeks. She has yet to fully commit to the walking ways, but she is definitely not afraid to give it a try several times a day.
For some reason our family has had such a hard time with trying to plan vacations. Our weekends seem to sneak away from us. So yesterday we were fed up and decided to pitch our tent in our own backyard! The beauty of living in the Northwest is that you can pitch a tent in your yard and it still feels as though you are roughing it in the wilderness! We needed some wood for our fire so Paul began to tear apart some of our wood chairs. They were old anyways :)
